It’s almost Christmas.
This year, the fashion house Gucci Gift Giving Campaign is imagining a holiday season in an office with retro 90s setting. And when the clock starts five, Gucci-clad-co-workers transform into festive clubgoers.

In between joining the conga line the colleagues unwrap gifts from the line-up, including wooly GG jacquard scarf and hat, and GG Marmon bags, and the Gucci Tennis 1977 sneakers in multi-color metallic sequins.
Conceived by Gucci creative director Alessandro Michele, shot by photographer Mark Peckmezian and filmed by director Akinola Davies Jr, the Gucci Gift Giving campaign features office workers becoming extrovert clubbers – “like superheroes transformed by their outfits” – at a makeshift Christmas party – mentioned in Vogue UK.
If full immersion in this digital Gucciverse should result in a purchase, gamers can take comfort and joy from the fact the gift will come in Gucci’s new covetable and sustainable packaging.
As stated in ID Magazine UK, Gucci is also launching a new line of packaging in line with its commitment to sustainability. The ornate green paper bags and cardboard boxes use paper and cardboard from sustainably managed forest sources, is fully recyclable, and uses a reduced amount of ink, while many of the elements in the bags are recycled too. Because naturally it feels good to celebrate in a less wasteful manner.
